Rules and Restrictions
THT is a townhome association (not condos) and as with most associations, our documents have many pages. When in doubt - ASK FIRST !

Rule Reminders
Please help the Board by following the rules.
1) Carports, balconies, please keep them picked up. Messy, disorderly carports effect the entire community.
2) Quiet Hours. Be considerate of your neighbors, after 10:00 pm to 7:00 am is quiet time.
3) There are many dog comfort stations installed around our community, but there are still owners that are not picking up their dog waste. There will be an immediate fine if caught.
4) Speeding. SPEED LIMIT is 10 mph for the safety of all.
5) Parking is allowed only on paved driveways and other areas specifically designated for such use. Boats, trailers, recreational vehicles, heavy equipment, shall not be allowed to remain in any common area, parking lot unless specifically designated as a parking area or given permission by the Board of Directors/Property Manager.
