FAQs:

 

Are there rules about Renovations/ Alterations? - see Rules/ Regulations  and follow two good thoughts:   When in doubt - ASK FIRST !  And never proceed without written approval from the board.   

 

A signed Hold Harmless is a required form for renovations, and is on the Rules/ Regulation page

Do you have alligators?  Sometimes.  It is against the law to feed gators, and it teaches the gator to approach humans.  Call the Property Manager, who will have the gator removed. Then we can return to peaceful enjoyment of our waters.

How long can my boat be? Boats cannot extend more than 4ft. beyond the dripline of the roof over hang. There were a few older boats grandfathered in, so it may not accurate to just look to your neighbor.

(This is a brief overview for day to day conduct.) 

The Declaration of Servitudes, Conditions and Restrictions is comprehensive, and long.  Any director on the board will be happy to answer your question.  We know that it is important to know the documents, and uphold them and we bring them to every meeting !

We have opened our monthly meetings to all homeowners, and emailed agendas and minutes. All homeowners are invited to participate in any committee.  We want and appreciate your input.

We have worked hard to bring open meetings and full disclosure to Tchefuncte Harbour.  Everyone is invited to come to the meetings, to get your request or idea on the record, and work together to improve this community by making suggestions for change.

There's no need to be a Monday morning quarterback when we're asking you to get in the game !!!
