Why would we even mention this? Because buyers often want to look at the "comps" to see what is the quality of the rest of the neighborhood. Sometimes the most amazing homes are NOT FOR SALE. The owners have renovated and love thier place and have no intention of leaving. Where else could they find waterfront property, with private boatslip and community amenties?
